High Cotton Texas Tavern – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to High Cotton Texas Tavern (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing tickets or using our website, https://highcottontt.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Ticket Sales & Purchases

  • All ticket sales are processed through highcottontt.com.
  • Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information during purchase.
  • Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time specified at the time of purchase.

2. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. We do not issue refunds or exchanges unless an event is canceled by High Cotton Texas Tavern.
  • If an event is canceled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Postponed events: If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be available upon request before the rescheduled event.

3. Ticket Transfers & Resale

  • Tickets may be transferred or resold by the original purchaser.
  • High Cotton Texas Tavern does not verify or guarantee tickets purchased from third-party sellers. Entry is only guaranteed for tickets purchased directly through highcottontt.com or from someone you trust.
  • We reserve the right to deny entry to tickets obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized channels.

4. Admission & Conduct

  • All tickets will be electronically scanned at the gate before entry. No ticket, no entry.
  • Entry requires a valid ticket and government-issued ID if requested.
  • High Cotton Texas Tavern reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for disorderly conduct, intoxication, violation of law, or non-compliance with venue policies. No refunds will be given in these cases.
  • You must be of legal drinking age (21+) to consume alcohol. Minors may only attend if permitted by the event and accompanied by a parent/guardian.

5. Assumption of Risk

By attending any event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to loud sounds, strobe lighting, and crowded environments. High Cotton Texas Tavern is not responsible for personal injury, illness, or property damage arising from attendance, except where required by law.

6. Prohibited Items & Behavior

  • Weapons, drugs, outside alcohol, or any dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized recording, live streaming, or professional photography may be restricted unless otherwise stated.
  • Violation of these rules may result in removal without refund.

7. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse highcottontt.com for unlawful purposes, including attempts to hack, disrupt services, or misrepresent your identity.
  • We make no guarantee that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on highcottontt.com (logos, images, text, event descriptions) is owned by or licensed to High Cotton Texas Tavern and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Cotton Texas Tavern and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from ticket purchases, website use, or event attendance.

10. Governing Law & Severability

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Comal County, Texas.
  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
